Back on track!!!!

The good news of the week is I can start again slowly but surely to train!!!!
I did a radiography on April thursday 22nd and a visit with the surgeon, he gave me his green light to start again sports and trainings.
Efforts and serious are paying well!!!!

Well, the rehabilitation with my physiotherapist Guy Roques continues and I've still to work a lot.
The mobility of my shoulder is pretty acceptable, I've still some problems with extrem moves especially with the ones toward the interior.

I enjoy the big spring sunny days to ride my cross-country bike and go for rides with Gautier, my bro, in our beautiful home country in France!!!
We actually pedal hard which is pretty cool!!!
About kayaking, it's really awesome how I don't have any pain... Oh yeah, just to remove my combo...
But I can paddle hard fine, I've some power difficluties but it's gonna be all right soon!!!
It's so good to be stiff!!!!!!

Finally, that forced break with kayaking and sports in general, gave me the opportunity to take time for me, enjoy friends, make party and simply enjoy life!!!!

Besides writing about friends and sports, here is a pretty sweet video of "pétanque", a true old french sport, the only sport I was able to practice!!
Footage and editing by Gautier Grollemund, realized few days ago at the moment of a Pétanque game with buddies in our home city.

Now, I'll concentrate myself more on trainings, do the things well and come back to the top as fast as I can!!
Worst is gone...
