Last week with my bro Gautier we were in Nuces to have a 4x MTB training, 10minutes from Rodez my homplace. The good opportunity to make a cardio training on that super flat 4x MTB course where you've always to keep and control your speed.

Yep, after working the whole summer, it was time to enjoy good times with buddies for that end of summer. So, I'm back home in Rodez for 2 weeks off, just taking it easy and do actually nothing!! Of course I keep on training to be ready for the Extrem Kayak World Championship, beggining of October in Autria.

For the second year, the clothes company ADRENAGLISS, only on internet, made its birthday party on the first weekend of July in Rivières near Albi (France southern center).
The program was simple: water jumping shows with all the Adrenagliss team riders, free activities for all and a massive party with a live concert!!
